Songblocker for Microsoft Windows was built by making the following modifications to Eric Zhang's original source code for EZblocker:

Name (and name space) changed to SongBlocker, and program icon change

Added capability to display motivational messages (read from a text file)

Disabled/removed check for updates at startup

Disabled/removed logging

Disabled/removed UI elements: Start on login, Open Volume Mixer, Disable All Ads, n as service, Report Problem

Changed main “ticker” so that songs are muted and ads are not muted
